It was such a cute house in a lovely little neighborhood just down the street from old Town Scottsdale. We had our immediate family in town, including our 80 year-old Yia Yia to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from medical school. The place was comfortable and cozy, very clean and looked just like its pictures. The location is a definite win if you’re looking to stay at a central location and near Scottsdale 10 out of 10 would rent again.

The 74th Way house was the perfect choice for our girls' weekend. The location was excellent and provided easy access to all of our planned adventures. The home was spacious, with enough bedrooms for everyone to enjoy their own private space. The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils and supplies we needed to prepare several meals, and there were more than enough towels for everyone's stay.The pool was a wonderful bonus and the perfect way to relax after a full day of activities in the sun.Our only criticism is the optional services fee of 197, which felt like a hidden charge. Greater transparency about this fee during the booking process would have made the overall experience even better.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. The pool was a wonderful spot during the hot days. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean with VERY comfortable mattresses!

Perfect spot

7 old dudes stayed here on a golf trip. It was perfectly situated in proximity to the courses, old town Scottsdale and airport. It was all we needed for a great time visiting the area.

A great house for 2 families, the pool was used non stop. Really close to Old Town and convenient to get places with close access to the highway.

House was clean and food amount of space for 2 families. Kids loved the pool and backyard. We inly had issues with using the access code on the front door and had to get tmit reset and was not working consistently to unlock. The house was in a safe neighborhood and we never felt unsafe staying here with kids. Good location as its a short drive to old town. Has plenty if options for food and groceries within 5 minutes of the house. Would recommed this property for rental to others. The house is welcoming and spacious and is well stocked with all you would need.
