Whether you're an avid golfer or a beginner looking to try your hand at something new, our putting green is a fun and relaxing way to spend your day.

And for those who prefer a bit more action, our pickleball court is just the ticket!

We provide putters, golf balls, and pickleball paddles, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. With these amenities just steps away from our townhome, you'll have plenty of opportunities to stay active and enjoy the great outdoors during your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to our cozy neighborhood in Berthoud, Colorado! Our luxury townhomes, built by Landmark Homes, are located at the entry to the Heron Lakes community, just a stone's throw (a short walk) from the beautiful local golf course!

Don't forget to check out the clubhouse and enjoy a great meal and a drink at their restaurant and bar - "Center Stage," featuring a mouth-watering menu of contemporary American cuisine. You can also enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, specialty cocktails, and fine wines at the bar.
Be sure to check out the massive patio and take in the panoramic views of Longs Peak and the Rockies. Whether you're enjoying a meal or a drink, you'll be able to soak in the breathtaking scenery and the fresh mountain air. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day on the golf course or to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

When you're not hitting the links, our neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Step outside the front door of your townhome and enjoy a game of pickleball, or practice your putting stroke on the putting green! Hike or bike along the nearby trails, or take a stroll around the community and enjoy the awesome views of Heron Lakes, the golf course, and the Rockies!

In addition to its incredible scenic views of Longs Peak and the Rockies, our neighborhood offers convenience with a Starbucks and Kum & Go gas station just a block away.

Our townhomes are also centrally located to Fort Collins, Loveland, Estes Park, Boulder, and Denver. And if you're looking for a scenic drive, Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 to 50-minute drive away.

Our townhome features a smart lock for easy and secure entry. You'll receive the access code prior to your arrival, so there's no need to worry about keys.

We also provide a garage door opener that you'll find clipped to our guest book on the kitchen counter. This allows you to easily park your car in our private garage.

Please make sure to return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter before checking out so that it's available for the next guest.

Our townhome now features an EV level 2 outlet in the garage, allowing guests with electric vehicles to charge their cars during their stay. If you plan to use the EV outlet during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can provide you with the necessary information and instructions.
