The property is located adjacent to Ponderosa Park. The east side of McCall is rich with recreation and amenities.

It’s a quiet oasis with a fresh, clean interior and close to all the action. The home occupies the second story above three garages so it creates a retreat focused on relaxation and being close to nature. The floor plan has a central gathering space housing the kitchen, dining area and living room. Off the central area are two bedroom wings with bathrooms, allowing for privacy and distance.
