Perfect spot

I took a long holiday weekend and this was the perfect stay. The space was cute and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I would stay again!

Comfortable!

We stayed for 5 days while visiting family, the apartment was clean and comfortable, a great spot for two people. We enjoyed the foosball table.

Nice apartment in great location!

We loved our stay. The apartment was just as advertised. Extremely clean and modern. We traveled as far south as Chandler and as far north as Cave Creek and felt we were right in the heart of everything. Would definitely stay again. C & M

The place was very clean. Had what we needed to make breakfast. Unfortunately the condo has thin walls and you can hear the people walking around and flushing the toilets upstairs. We would come back to the condo at all times of the day and the entrance would smell like marajuana from the neaghbour )no fault of their own) though

Trip to Phoenix

I received check in instructions the morning of my stay, I was traveling with perishable goods and medication that required refrigeration. I emailed the owner asking if I would be able to check in early (3pm vs 4pm) no response, when I arrived at the address I was provided it was an apartment complex and the instructions I received did not contain a unit number. I tried to contact the owner, no answer, I called VRBO to see if I could get additional information they did not have the unit number either. After 1,5 hour of trying to get in touch with the owner to get the unit number I was advised to try and find a hotel and that I would receive a refund. Luckily I was able to book something last minute and shortly after I checked in (3 hours post check in time) I received a response from the owner, a little too late. The next day I followed up with VRBO to check on the refund and was told I would not be getting one because the owner claimed that I stayed at the property. I wish I could have stayed at the property but not getting the full address made that impossible. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund from VBRO.
