We enjoyed our month @ the condo Feb 2026. Everyrhing was clean & just as described. We had a minor issue with Wifi connection & property manager was very quick to resolve. I recently stayed at this condo with four friends, and we all agreed it was a fantastic experience. The condo was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was incredibly comfortable, featuring the most comfortable beds and ample seating for everyone to relax. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio, which was the ideal spot to unwind. Communication with the host was excellent—super easy and responsive. Overall, a wonderful stay that we highly recommend!

We were not notified there would be constricting the entire week, from early morning to dinner time. Caution tape was blocking one side of the entrance to the pool and beach. We choice this condo because we liked the easy access to the beach and the large play area directly in front of it, we were not comfortable with our grandchildren playing outside during the day. The loud noise was constant and did not give us the relaxing vacation we expected. Also, the kitchen faucet was not working properly and both doors did not open properly. The location and the beach were great.

I stayed here years ago and loved it, so I was excited to bring my kids back — unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The condominium complex is currently under construction, and while that information does exist in the listing, it's buried in the finer details. In my excitement booking a familiar place, I skimmed past it. Lesson learned, but worth flagging loudly for future guests.The construction impact was significant. Jackhammering went on all day, workers were throughout the property, and caution tape routed guests the long way around the entire complex just to reach the beach boardwalk and pool. One set of pool bathrooms was also closed, adding to the inconvenience. We weren't able to use our balcony at all, which was a big part of what I was looking forward to.The condo itself was a mixed bag. When we arrived, the floors were dirty — the patio furniture had been dragged into the master bedroom, bringing sand and construction dust with it, so I had to clean before we could settle in. There was also a pair of dirty underwear left in the washing machine. The master bedroom and bathroom were noticeably outdated, and the bed was extremely firm. The smaller bedrooms and their bathroom were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was nice, and the living room was pleasant.I've stayed in many Florida condos over the years, and this one lands firmly in the so-so category — especially given the current construction situation. We brought a group of High school seniors, some of whom had never traveled out of New England before. The place was amazing - great amenities, well-equipped kitchen, awesome balcony, pool, hot tub, beach access. One of my favorite features was the grocery carts available to bring food supplies up in the elevator!

Very nice place

This location was exactly as advertised and was a very quiet, gated community. It was exactly what we needed for a week get-away from our hectic daily life. We rested; the kitchen was well stocked; the linens were clean; the back patio was a lovely place to watch the sun come up and to have morning coffee. We had only one small issue when we arrived as the gate code didn't work, but the intercom backup plan at the gate worked fine. We found out the next morning that a couple of the code numbers had been transposed accidently. It worked great after that correction was made. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

This is a wonderful first floor condo on the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. The complex has many activities that we took advantage of...ping pong, tennis, play area for small children and a large grassy area right outside the unit to play frisbee and football. Overall it was very nice. Only issue for me was that the beds were very soft...but I just removed the foam topper and it was fine. Some others in my party had similar issues but overall I would stay here again.

Lovely condo

Really liked the first floor location as my husband has mobility issues. The walk-in shower was important to us. Property was well maintained. When we had issues getting the door key pad to work, help came very quickly and resolved the problem. Because the weather was not so great, we didn’t use the patio much, but it would be lovely in nice weather. We would book again.

Nice clean unit

A wonderful condo with comfortable beds. The only issue I had was the pots and pans. They did not have a pot big enough for pasta noodles, but I realize things will go missing.. the pots they did have were quality and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. The porch area was the best at the complex.

We were a group of seven, ages 5 to 78. We stayed at this resort to attend St Augustine’s Night of Lights and celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed all of the resort amenities such as indoor pool, ping pong table and tennis/pickleball courts. It was too cold for outside swimming but we did visit the hot tub. The unit was large enough for our group. There were plenty of outside balls, beach toys in the unit for the 3 boys in our group. The only issue we had is there is only one smoke detector and unsure if it is active since our one meal was very smoky and it did not set off the detector

Spring break

Great location. Able to b beachside and 15-20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. I thought we would be closer but traffic/stoplights. The outdoor patio is great! Inside super cute - well decorated w/comfy couch. Master bed pretty comfy, on the firm side. stocked kitchen. Big grass area would be great for kids to play. Steps from the pool/hot tub/beach. Hot tub was nice and hot! Beach was gorgeous/huge not busy (early March). Mainly compacted sand which we loved, great running/walking/bike riding. Would highly recommend this condo. Wound rent again.
