The 'California Palm' at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Town & Island Co. managers for assistance with luggage storage options.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pet maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are travelling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
