Spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in semi-historic Fountain Square an easy drive or transit from downtown. Just a few blocks walk from the vibrant artsy business district with daytime shopping, multiple music venues and restaurants, and lots of nightlife. In the Spring-Fall First Friday is a fun event to attend. The house has plenty of room for a family or a small group. There is both street parking and off-street parking next to the garage available. Pets of all kinds and sizes are welcome.

A Nice Oasis within Indianapolis

This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines were a great touch. Overall, I would not give any hesitations to anyone considering this house for their stay in Indianapolis. It is also located right near beautiful Fountain Square and a delicious Mexican restaurant only a few blocks walk away! We look forward to hopefully utilizing this property when we return again next year!

Charming home to stay in.

Home was very charming with many thoughtful details and accommodated our large family very well. Beds and linens were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Host was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. A truly lovely place to stay.

Beautiful home in a great location

A wonderful historic home. Plenty of room, including outside spaces. Communication was great. We travel to Indianapolis a couple of times a year; we'll be sure to try to reserve this property again!

Jennie and Michael are both US Army Veterans. We lived in the house for many years before moving out to the country. Jennie is a Realtor with Red Oak Real Estate and Michael is a full-time student studying cyber security. In their free time, they like to ride bikes and go hiking in Brown County.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful spacious old house right in the heart of an Indianapolis Cultural District. There are big bedrooms, a full living and dining room, and an enormous kitchen stocked with almost everything needed to cook. Enjoy a comfortable stay close to but not right in the middle of Downtown Indy. The neighborhood has both parks and walking/bike trails. The business district has both daytime shopping and vibrant nightlife. The restaurants are varied and top-notch with options for every taste and budget.

Safe, walking-friendly neighborhood with parks, entertainment, and dining. There is a convenience store around the corner to the north for anything you might have forgotten.
