Our listing does not advertise an on-site washer or dryer, and our house guidelines regarding unplugging certain appliances when leaving are provided for guests in advance. Regarding the neighborhood, the property’s location is disclosed in the listing. While we cannot control activity or noise originating outside the home, the property is situated away from the busier downtown environment. The home is also listed to accommodate up to seven guests, based on the sleeping arrangements and photographs provided in the listing. Regarding the toilet paper and paper towels, we’re sorry these supplies were an inconvenience. We are always happy to provide additional supplies when needed, and our maintenance support was available during your stay. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am currently at a new location, brand new paint and flooring, and beautiful mahogany hardwood flooring. My new home includes a small work out area. Table setting for groups of 12, more like a hotel inspired look. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
