It was very clean Family friendly. It was perfect for our family. AC didn’t work, at the time. Would definitely rent again. Hoping the AC would work. ;)

Clean and Spacious!

Excellent location on number 5 fairway on a par 3 executive course. Access to, tennis and Pickleball courts and swimming pool. A great combination of available activities. I also forgot, trout fishing in a stocked pond on site. Shuffleboard and a playground at activity center. Any question Ls we had were promptly resolved by our host. We enjoyed it so much we hope to come back next year.

Whole check in process was terrible

The property owner never sent any check-in information and no check out rules either. I kept trying to get hold of him by text; email; and phone since it was past the 4pm check in time but received no response. I begged the Innsbrook office to help me and they stepped in to contact owner. I was able to get code to unlock the door but never heard from ownwer until 8:30 pm that night. Property was ok but needed repairs mentioned back in 2023 that were still the same. They were: patio door in living room still did not lock; upstairs shower in bedroom did not work; the appliance lights on stove and in fridge did not work; lamp switch in one bedroom completely broken.

Good location - needs some upkeep

Overall a good stay, there were a few broken/surprise items (that were minor) upon arrival: - no lights in any of the appliances - batteries out in the downstairs TV remote - ~50 tiles were marked to be replaced or were loose - screen doors were missing or broken on both sliding doors - tub/spout diverter was broken in one of the bathrooms. - foosball table with several broken handles made it unusable Location was great and the access to the Innsbrook Village facilities (mainly the Par 3 golf course and pool) was amazing. The few above listed items were very minor so wasn’t worth a call to get them fixed, it’s just that there were several items on the list.

Has potential to be great if issues are fixed

I would like to point out a few issues with the property. There was a lack of a few basic supplies like toilet paper. The shower in the second bathroom was not operational. So for a place that sleeps 7 one working shower was difficult. The fridge did not work well either the freezer worked so we kept ice packs rotating to keep the fridge cool. The sliding doors were difficult to open and the locks didn’t work. The floors (downstairs and upstairs) had loose uneven tiles. I did not receive any updates as to getting inside until I messaged the host and waited for the response. This was after the check in time. I did not receive any information about checking out as well for what they would need from us other than the time. We did enjoy the opportunity with the golf and the course was fun and beautiful!
