Newly renovated, true 4 bedroom beach house, with finished basement and additional 2 full bed alcove.

Home has 2 master ensuite bedrooms with queen sized beds, located on first and second floors.

Location is prime Springs. Minutes away from EHP Resort and Gardiner Bay. By car, EH downtown 10 min, Amagansett 15 min, and Montauk 25 min.

Multiple beaches available within 20 min drive. No beach pass required to use, but each beach has its own rules regarding seasonal parking passes. A few do offer daily parking rates.

Large deck equip with fire-pit, outdoor table with seating for 10, and 2 couches. Right off the deck are 4 lounge chairs and daybed adjacent to pool.

After living in Manhattan for over a decade, we now live in Brooklyn which is our version of suburbia. Our home in East Hampton provides a lovely escape and we love to share it with renters who also may have that "should we leave the city" itch for more space without the commitment of fully relocating.

I work in advertising technology, while my husband works in cyber security. We vacationed out east for years before finally finding a perfect fit in early 2020 and purchased Between Harbors. We are big foodies, and love to help with restaurant recommendations. Our kitchen is also one of the most well-equipped you will see on a rental property.

Why they chose this property

Pre covid, the entire Springs area looked like it had chicken pox in terms of available homes. We scouted out over a dozen all over East Hampton, and ultimately decided the Springs area was the best fit for our needs. Excellent location in terms of accessing nearby beaches, towns, and activities.

What makes this property unique

We have a fantastic backyard and pool setup. As East Hampton beach parking passes are costly and you have to book far in advance, the pool as a backup option for relaxation and entertaining is wonderful to have available. We have spent many a summer day playing music, lounging, grilling, and spending time with loved ones.
