● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.

○ This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.



● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.



● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.



● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.



● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.



● Parking: There are free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.



Stepping straight onto historic Strand Street from the large wooden doors, The Market Street Flat welcomes you into Galveston`s vibrant charm. This loft-style unit boasts a perfect layout for fun and relaxation.



As you enter, a dedicated game room filled with arcade games, a foosball table, and comfy seating beckons for some friendly competition or a relaxing social hour. French doors lead you into the heart of the loft, where a light-filled living area with a flat screen TV provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The adjoining galley kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up meals, and continues the flow towards the private quarters.



Two comfortable bedrooms offer restful nights for your group. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, ideal for couples, while the other boasts a unique triple bunk bed (twin, full, full) – perfect for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom completes the convenient layout. To top it all off, a private back patio with a fire pit beckons for cozy evenings under the stars.



● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
