About this property

This incredibly spacious condo sleeps 6 with 2 King sized beds and 2 Twins, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has all newer appliances and everything to make meals. The screened in balcony porch overlooks 17th fairway on beautiful True Blue golf course. Pool, heated spa, tennis courts, and a golf school onsite. The stunning beach is only 3 miles away. The local restaurants are chef owned and a foodies dream! Not a golfer? Quiet forest areas and beaches for hiking. Central for day trips to Charleston, Charlotte, Savannah, and Georgetown for shopping charming new and vintage items. Live music venues close by. There is only one pool and spa open in the winter, and it's the one next to this unit!
The space
Master Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has another King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to get cozy.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has full size washer and dryer.

The Living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable and streaming.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or Master bedroom and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine.

Multiple pools and spas are available, one in very close walking distance. Tennis and pickle ball courts, golf school, driving range and putting greens on site.

Perfect for our group!

Convenient to golf and many restaurants on Pawleys Island. The large master bedroom with recliner was a nice treat!

Nice, but a few things

Everything was good, but rental could use new counter tops - the current ones have been coated with something that is peeling and very sticky. Many lamps need new light bulbs or repair. Lock on owner’s suite bathroom door would be great. Loved having beach equipment - chairs and umbrella was great! We had a great time.

True Blue April 3-7

The property was nice and the location was perfect for a multi-day golf trip. Our only complaint was the lack of live TV to watch news and sporting events. We are likely to return next year, but for the price it would be nice if the owner made a slight upgrade to the "ROKU" tv package and added a few channels.

Wonderful Indeed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious and quite comfortable when our adult children visited. Great location not far from beach and quiet neighborhood for walking. We enjoyed the wonderful porch for enjoying the sunsets over the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

My name is Tammi and I am a local now, moved from CA, so I've been coast to coast! I love introducing people to Pawleys Island as they enjoy the accommodations at the wonderful True Blue Resort. This is a photo of me at Brookgreen Gardens, the largest botanical gardens in the South and a must visit. My son is a horticulturist there.

Why they chose this property

This condo community has it all. It's a golf resort with a golf school onsite, 5 different swimming pool areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, and beautiful forestry for long walks.
My unit is comfortable, beautifully decorated, fully furnished and stocked with all the amenities you need to cook and eat. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and throw blankets for snuggling on the couch.
