Motorcycles are not allowed on the property, however, safe storage is provided for parking and trailers . I would suggest renting a golf cart if you have bikes and no other transportation.

Heron Marsh Villas is in the Litchfield by the sea community of Pawleys Island. Over 1500 square feet in size and offer covered parking underneath. water views in a peaceful setting. 24 hour security.Pets are welcome. I get mad if pets aren’t on reservation. 25$ a day . Just tell me you are bring them so I’m aware . I’m very easy going and easy to deal with if told what’s going on . I have worked to hard and payed to much to be taken advantage of . Generation x . I’m local and love this property. We are also very fair and loyal to our guests.. no secrets please . Reservation needs to match # of guests and pets . This is how we make our living . We had a great stay, the property was even nicer than the pictures and close to all the resort amenities like the pool (which was open but cold as expected for April) and the tennis courts. Very close walk to the beach. We enjoyed the very accessible resort with bike trails throughout. It was also very conveniently located near grocery stores, ice cream and souvenir shops. We only wish we had a longer stay and hope to come back in the future. Both bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

I would give Storm Surge a 7.5 out of 10 but unfortunately the VRBO rating system doesn’t account for that. I was able to check in early and the host responded quickly to questions. However, he was a bit sarcastic when I asked about the soap as I didn’t see any. I have attached photos for the cleanliness rating. Dirty shower, taped up vent, etc. Outlets in the bathrooms did not work. Made it difficult to do your hair. Luckily there was an extension cord running from the box fan in the hallway we could use. The owner has a camera on the outside of the property by the front door which wasn’t mentioned in the descriptions. I am sure the owner will make a sarcastic comment about my feedback -as he has for all the others that don’t give a 10/10. Also, he has a book in the home with the names of the guest and his comments if you had too many guest, shedding dogs, etc. just beware

The villa is only 200 yards to beach . Not 11 minutes like Vrbo states . They shouldn’t state that in my headline . purchased storm surge in 2018 . She went on vrbo in 2020 and exploded on the scene. She is the place to be. She is privately owned and , we are very hands on. She is always well maintained w integrity. We live in murrells inlet and handle everything ourselves . Pet fees apply $25 a day

I love my HOA policy, beachside amenities and this low country area. The sea breeze here is phenomenal and there are no bugs! Beaufort County has the bugs...we allow pets and one day stays. . Private ownership
