Unit also features a private bedroom with two QUEEN size beds, with new pillows, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Just off the living room is a balcony that faces the Water park and pool area with plenty of seating. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids. This unit does not come with a washer/dryer - laundry room is on the first floor just down the hall.
The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk or grab a shuttle in the summer which runs every 20 minutes. In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that are linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. Also onsite is a Starbucks. The resort also has areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort. This unit is available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals.

NO SMOKING and no pets. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property. Sorry, golf carts are not allowed here at this building since there is nowhere to charge them.
