4th Floor - 1 Bedroom -Sleeps 6- Oceanfront - Bridgewater, Litchfield by the Sea

Beautiful coastal 1BR/1BA 4th floor Oceanfront newly renovated condo in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Bridgewater features a galley kitchen, and private balcony with the best view in the resort! We also have the earliest check-in time on the Hammock Coast - more time to rest, relax and enjoy the beach. Access to pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, walking paths and 1 mile of private beach access.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include: ~ 1 bedroom (2 new full size beds, 1 new full size Murphy bed in living area).

All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Another indoor Pool is located on the 1st floor inside Bridgewater.

****Bridgewater Pool requires a Pool Band to access the property pool/beach. Guests will be charged $25 per missing pool band at the end of their stay.****

We have 4 Tommy Bahama/Nautica beach chairs for your use. We just ask that you take care of them and clean and place them back in the closet upon your departure.

During your stay at Bridgewater, take advantage of the oceanfront pool, salt water fishing lakes with a fishing pier, a marsh overlook with crab dock, lighted tennis courts, over seven miles of scenic walking paths, an oceanfront clubhouse with cabana, and approximately one mile of private access to the beach. Places to eat within Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks. Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals.

Excellent restaurants, grocery stores, shopping are right outside the gate.

Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. Unit is individually owned; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Check-in instructions:
Guest will check-in (after 3pm, check out at 10am). Property is located inside Litchfield by the Sea 14276 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Further check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a starter kit of 1 roll each of toilet paper, paper towels and several coffee pods.

Wonderful getaway

We've stayed at Bridgewater a few times but this unit had the best view! We even saw dolphins from the balcony one morning. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the owner responded almost immediately to any message we sent. We would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect for our short getaway. Spotless clean, and fantastic straight on view of the beach. Conveniently located to many great restaurants. Only disappointed by the indoor pool being closed ( supposedly for a month) .Looking forward to a return visit.

Our family of three stayed in this condo and had the best week. The condo was very clean and cozy and my wife thought it was decorated “so cute.” The view is perfect and the location is great. The whole property is really nice and a great place for a family. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

A very very nice property, the hostess/owner was amazing. The place was small but since we were a party of two, it was fine. If I had a complaint, it would be the inconsistent wi-fi but we survived. To sum it up, I'd rebook.

Very clean and well maintained unit with a great location and ocean view. However, I can never imagine 6 people in this condo..way too small. It was perfect for my husband and myself. This unit had everything to make your stay enjoyable except a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and great communication w the owners.

Amazing condo

Our place was exactly as listed only better. The decor was pleasant and unified. Very relaxing. It is obvious that the owners care about this property and worked hard to put personal touches. Just enough to be welcoming but not to make me feel like an intruder. They were easy to reach and communicated clearly. It is immaculate and the view of the pool and ocean breathtaking.

Misleading

Booked this condo with the hopes that it would be big enough for our family of 6 and were quickly disappointed that it wasn’t. I would suggest changing it to a max of 3-4 people. We ended up leaving a day early because of the space.

Fantastic ocean view!

We loved our stay in this unit - perfect for two friends. There is no dishwasher, so we picked up paper plates to reduce our time on dishes and give us more time to enjoy the view and access to the beach. We enjoyed a sweetgrass basketmaking class at the Hopsewee Plantation, and would have enjoyed the Brookgreen Gardens more had we known when the shuttle ended (at 2 p.m..) and the butterfly house closed (also at 2 p.m.) which we were not advised of when we arrived. We also enjoyed the Plantation River Tours cruise in Murrells Inlet. Returned with interesting shells from the beach for my collection. Melanie was very helpful and the unit was as beautiful as the pictures show.

We have stayed at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort many times over the last thirty years and this was probably the nicest decorated and appointed 1 bedroom condo we have ever stayed in there.
