Luxury KING Oceanfront Bridgewater Condo in LBTS!

Welcome to Bridgewater at Litchfield by the Sea in Pawleys Island, SC. This ocean front king suite has been fully remodeled in 2023 with creative design. Every inch of space was carefully thought out to make this condo the ultimate place to stay in LBTS! From the Sterns and Foster luxury mattress, modern and hip bathroom and beautiful ocean views you'll enjoy every moment here. Bridgewater has just had a complete remodel to the property including the indoor and outdoor pool and lazy river.

This one-bedroom Luxury King Suite is located on the 1st floor above the parking garage and has spectacular oceanfront views. The Bedroom features a brand-new Sterns and Foster King mattress and 65" smart tv. Bathroom is fully updated and features Bluetooth speaker, accent / mood lighting, tamperproof shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. There is a combo washer and dryer and also onsite laundry facilities. The kitchen features quartz countertops, tile backsplash, coffee bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven and is fully stocked with plates, silverware, blender, pots and pans and more. The living area features a 75" smart TV, Queen size sofa bed with an upgraded gel mattress, eating table and desk. The indoor pool and vending machines are located on the same floor only a short walk from the unit! The outdoor pool features a lazy river and easy access to the beach. Remember to bring beach supplies and beach towels (towels in the room must stay in the room). This unit is our personal vacation home and is not part of the on-site maid service. Please treat this as someone's home.

Please do not touch or move the dehumidifier without contacting the host first. Oceanfront condos can suffer significant damage from the humid air outside. To keep the condo safe and comfortable we ask that you please leave the door's closed during your trip.

The host was great before our arrival, and this condo is excellent for your stay. Great location. Loved the bed and shower, as these two items are often done on the cheap in many other places we have stayed. The ability to walk out to the beach for a morning walk was fantastic. All in all, we had a great time. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing time! The condo was extremely clean and had everything needed to relax and enjoy the property. The views were breathtaking and made for perfect mornings with coffee. The condo was just as pictured. Very quiet, convenient to stairs and elevator, walk to beach and pool were easy and location was excellent (close to restaurants and shops). There were a few issues upon check in and Michael was “on call” and went above and beyond to remedy any issues, checking in (via text) to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would definitely return and recommend this condo.

The condo was lovely. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Very comfortable bed, we slept great! It’s in a great location on first floor (above garage) not far from indoor pool, right across from stairs (in case you want to skip the elevator). Communication with host couldn’t be better. Great Condo

Went to litchfield beach for my niece’s wedding and stayed in this great condo. It felt newly updated. The property is well kept and nicely manicured. The condo was very nice and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view and enjoyed the beach being just a short walk away. Seaside Retreat

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights in June. The first night we ordered in (we were both so comfortable) from Massey’s Pizza. The living room is so nice with a huge TV, ample seating for 2 and a comfortable sofa. Something about this place just made us want to just hang out. It was super cool in there - no AC complaints! The bed is gloriously soft. My favorite part of the condo is the shower. It is the best shower I ever have had. The bathroom is well thought out and there’s room for everything. The kitchen is super smart and designed to be very functional, which it is. This was our 2nd time at the condo. We loved it so much we had to return. Thank you, Michael, for thinking of everything a guest might need! The location is beautiful and so close to the beach. Five stars!

Wonderful beach condo

We loved our time in this unit. The condo was recently renovated and the owner paid attention to detail. It was well appointed and the design was beautiful. The shower is wonderful! The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and an excellent communicator. On our arrival we told him that there were only plastic plates and non stick cookware and by the next morning a brand new full set of stainless steel cookware and Corelle dishware was delivered and the other items removed. The property itself is lovely and right on the beach. We rented bikes and our favorite activity was riding them at low tide along the length of the beach. There is A Food Lion and a gym only a mile away and a number of eateries in close proximity. If staying at LBTS we would highly recommend considering this unit.

We choose our Vacation home in Pawleys Island after staying a week there and not wanting to leave! There is so much to do, and the area of Litchfield by the Sea is so beautiful! Some of the best restaurants we've ever been to our in the area!

What makes this property unique

Bridgewater 103 is one of the very few completely renovated units in the building. I am a professional home remodeler and designer and put lots of time and work into making this condo the perfect vacation spot for our family and we hope you think it is too!
