Welcome to our nice 1-bedroom apartment (with possibility of a child on a sofa bed). It is only a 7 minutes walk to the beach. Great location, new building, few steps from the famous 5th avenue, but not in a crowded area. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bicycles rentals around the corner and the best ocean view from our roof top.
