Pet Policy

We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable $100 pet fee will be manually added to your reservation after booking.

Bringing an unauthorized pet or any animal other than a dog will result in a $200 fine.

Smoking Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 fine.

Long-Term Stays

For reservations longer than 21 days, an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually applied after booking.

Late Check-Out

Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.

Lost & Found

If an item is left behind and you request it be returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.

Across the street is a hub of activities, lots of things to do. The place was okay at best, not a 5-star accommodation but was cozy.

The house was comfortable, conveniently located, and furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was spot on. The communication between myself and the host was perfect. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting St. Charles! Thank you for a great time.

The place smelled like dog pee the entire time, no matter how many candles we had lit. Dog hair everywhere. The only other thing is that the place was just kind of janky but other than that it was a place to sleep. Good location and comfy beds.

2 bedroom w comfortable, king size beds. Lovely space very nicely decorated. But stairs are very steep, in from entry and up to second floor & we have some mobility issues.

Family trip home

We were in town to see family as we are from St. Louis but currently live in Denver. We booked with VRBO because we recently purchased a puppy and the price was much more affordable than getting a hotel room . The location was close to everything the highway, eateries, movies, etc. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The owner is very responsive and answered every question we had. We will definitely book again.

Great Stay, Would Recommend & Stay Again

This property was located in a great area with multiple amenities near by. We liked that the gas station was literally walking distance from the property. The beds were comfy and the furniture was very nice. We liked that there were big TVs in every room. The house was clean accept for under the couches. A guest had dropped something so the couches had to be looked under, definitely needs to be swept/vacuumed under there because it seems it hadn’t been in awhile. What could enhance this property is if the host provided bottled water and more utensils to accommodate cooking for a longer stay. We had an issues with our booking in the beginning and the property manager and secretary were very responsive and attentive. Otherwise, overall great property. We do plan on using this property/property manager again.
