Addressing the Corona Virus:
We meet all state requirements for health and safety. We have 3 private suites with 2 adults maximum per suite. We have a no contact simple self check if requested. There is no community breakfast as you have a private kitchen in each suite and we supply an in-room breakfast. Our breakfast includes Gourmet Bavarian Waffles, sausages, 3 kinds of muffins, 3 kinds of fresh fruit, 3 types of cereal, coffee, teas and hot cocoa. We are #1 on TripAdvisor for Leavenworth Bed and Breakfasts for cleanliness and privacy. Plenty of Outdoor walks and Leavenworth's wonderful Alpine air, with the beauty of the Wenatchee River from your private patio or Hot Tub!.

The Alpine Suite is pet free with private 2 person Hot Tub is our large luxurious king suite that is right on the Wenatchee River. Relax by the river rock gas fireplace in your cozy glider and watch the snowflakes falling on pine trees in the winter time, or sit out on our beachfront while watching rafters and tubers go by in the summer time.

Enjoy the nature including osprey, eagles, raccoons, deer, and bird watching with your binoculars. Sip a glass of wine in your private jacuzzi, or take a nap on your hotel grade memory foam king size bed. Adults only with maximum of 2 guests.

The large kitchenette includes a coffee maker with coffee, assorted teas, breakfast in your suite which includes assorted cereals, fresh fruit, muffins, orange juice, milk, hot chocolate, Bavarian Waffles and sausage. We provide wine glasses, dishes and silverware, microwave, sink and refrigerator.

Haus Hanika Bed & Breakfast is special in that you are so close to town and all of it's activities and restaurants, yet with the river and pine trees, you get a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

A Comfortable, Relaxing Retreat

The location is beautiful, and peaceful. The property is lovely, and well maintained. Our hosts were friendly, and helpful. My husband and I were very comfortable in the Alpine Suite, and we especially enjoyed sharing breakfast on the private patio overlooking the river. We hope to stay at Haus Hanika again.

Birthday Getaway

The absolute most perfect place! The grounds are impeccable and the hosts are more than accommodating. The room has everything you need along with a cozy bed. The hot tub was private and bigger than expected. A warm cup of coffee with waffles and a set by the river was amazing. This is only the first visit of many to come.

Always gets better

2023 was our second Thanksgiving stay at Haus Hanika making access to Leavenworth really simple and convneient. The propert is gorgrous and meticulously maintained ahd has just about every amenity you could ask for PLUS peace and quiet and the beutiful Wenatchee River right outside your door. A positively delightful stay and wonderful hosts.

Lovely

Our room was lovely. We enjoyed the extra touches like the bird book and binoculars and the boy scout handbook. The Kitchen was just right. I am looking forward to a return visit soon. Five stars all around.

Precisely what we had hoped for

We wanted a super quiet, peaceful place to stay of the Wenatchee river and Haus Hanika was that and so much more. Easy to get to, private parking spot, beautiful Room, terrific bed, fantastic fireplace and that terrific view and sound of the river going by. Calming beyond imagination!

Better than advertised

We really enjoyed our stay here. The proprietors are very accommodating. The room was very festive for the holiday season. Everything was in perfect condition. The river and overall property are very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place for a quick drop from Stevens pass, or a very short distance from the city center for Leavenworth.

Social Distancing at its best.

We thought we were going to have to skip our anniversary get-away this year, but we found Haus Hanika. We stayed in the Alpine Suite. The suites were separate and instead of going to a dining room for breakfast, we were provided everything we needed to make a delicious meal. We hiked the Icicle Gorge trail and swam in the river. We watched “tubers” as they floated on the river from our perch outside our room. We selected DVD’s from the large collection at the top of the stairs. We chose not to go into town, and there was still plenty to do. All in all, a lovely trip.

Great getaway!

Beautiful property with a great location on the Wenatchee river. We enjoyed some local hiking, floating the river, and a brief walk around in Leavenworth (while masked!) as it's one of our favorite places to visit. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect in EVERY Way!

The property was beautifully maintained in every aspect. Very clean inside and out with every possible detail thought out by the owners to make our stay incredible! Ted and Sandy were warm, gracious, and super hospitable. We slept GREAT on the memory foam bed, woke to coffee and Bavarian Waffles aside the river each morning. Spectacular view! Can’t say enough about our stay. Will highly recommend to others and can’t wait for our return visit! Thank you again Ted and Sandy, you guys are AWESOME!

A 4 star property, very friendly owners, think I like it more than my home...maybe I can move in!

Very clean rooms, beautiful location, fantastic waffle breakfast and loved that it was in my room so I could lounge on the patio with breakfast. Beds were very comfy, bathroom & amenities were very deluxe. I'd recommend this property to anyone coming to Leavenworth.

Most wonderful, amazing place!

We loved staying at this beautiful location with the coziest vibe. The house is so adorable, the view outside is wintery perfect and the walking location to the village is really nice. Everything is done to be completely comfy and the little kitchen in each room is amazing. Would love to stay here again and again! 5++ stars!

Truly wonderful!

Haus Hanika is my favorite place to stay in Leavenworth. This riverfront property is wonderful. It's conveniently located close to town (with shuttle access), immaculately maintained and quiet. The opportunity to sit along the river is a huge bonus. I highly recommend staying at this property if you haven't had the chance. You won't be sorry!
