The primary bedroom and secondary bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, yet all come together within the open living spaces and flows out to the back yard where you have covered patio space with fan for dining al fresco, a built in BBQ island, sparkly pool and lounge areas to soak in the sun, play cornhole or pool games and watch the sunset over the peek-a-boo lake view and the distant desert mountains.

The home is perfectly located for year round enjoyment, with hiking, biking, boating and fishing at your fingertips. Just one mile to Windsor Boat Ramps, London Bridge, Havasu Marina, restaurants and shopping is only minutes away.

Plenty of room to park your boat or small RV on the side of the house, access to RV Hook Ups and clean outs upon request, and the garage offers a 27 ft parking space inside and plenty of parking for up to 6 cars and your toys. Nice house

The house was great. It was a good size with all of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was great. The only thing that I think could use improvement are the beds. They are not very comfortable and could use at least a mattress topper. Other than that it was a great stay!

Cute Home

Cute home, tastefully decorated with mostly quality furnishings. Overall property and outside at pool was lovely. Mattresses may be new, but not nice, comfy, quality ones. Not well stocked with some necessities however. No dish cloths in kitchen and only 1 dish towel, no can opener or vegetable peeler, and very few bath wash cloths. All cushions on outside sectional are literally disintegrating and falling apart and should be replaced ASAP. A little attention to some things and it would be perfect!!! Note: steep drive would possibly limit boat parking. Only able to stay 7 days of our 3 week rental due to medical issues... very sad about that... would have enjoyed staying 2 more weeks in this home.

First time to Lake Havasu

Overall property was great. Backyard pool area is excellent. House was clean. A/C was cold and worked well. We all disliked the beds. Very firm & uncomfortable, not enough pillows.
