This roomy lake house on the north shore of Lake Havasu City has a brand-new pool and hot tub in a peaceful neighborhood. In this three-bedroom property, unwind and take advantage of the private pool to cool down from the Arizona heat. Your group will be cozy and close to everything in only a few minutes. The interior is roomy and has a fully functional kitchen, while the exterior is charming. Enjoy some reverse osmosis-produced drinking water and soft water in one of the baths!
The Space
3-bed, 2-bath, Salt Water Pool, RV parking Bedroom 1: King Bed with a 65" Smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with a 65" Smart TV Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with a 65" Smart TV KITCHEN: fully stocked with modern appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, chest freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishware and flatware, spices, cooking basics, water filter, reverse osmosis drinking water! GENERAL: 65" Smart TV in the living room, Free High-Speed WIFI, washer & dryer, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, central air conditioning/heat, keyless entry, hair dryer, hangers, iron/ironing board GARAGE + PARKING The garage is available to guests. There is ample room for parking in the driveway and additional side parking for boats or RVs. OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered patio, private outdoor pool OTHER NOTES No unauthorized parties or events are allowed. POOL: -The pool area is not fenced, so this property may NOT be suitable for children. -No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool. This is for guest safety and is strictly enforced. QUIET HOURS: from 10:00 PM till 8:00 AM (this is a quiet neighborhood, so you must be respectful of the neighbors.) BBQ GRILL: We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full but aren't always sure. If you have to fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. Must be 25+ years old and an experienced guest to book. No third-party bookings are allowed. The guest must be staying at the property. NO SMOKING or VAPING There is no smoking inside the home. A violation will result in a minimum fee of $500. You are welcome to smoke outside, 10 feet away from the house, with closed windows and doors.

To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.
We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
