Hidden Gem/Tiny Home w Large 1ba on Rt 66 near City of Hope and Everything
The guest room/suite B is a 1 bed 1 bath, private entrance, equipped with all the essentials. It is a perfect stop for the lone travelers, couples or the business professionals. Next to my place are the stores like Walmart, Smart n Final, Trader Joe's, etc. and many restaurants on the historical route 66, and for motorcycle clubs that use it. The nearby fwy 210, 605 and Metro Gold Line that will take you to anywhere in Southern CA. Please stay for a good night here.
The space
It comes with one queen bed and spacious bathroom. Its own patio is surrounded by green plants and trees. Be aware that Suite B has a shared wall with Suite A, you might hear sound if Suite A is occupied at the same time.

*Suite B has its own entrance and patio.
*Garage is rented to my housekeeper, so it is not open to the public. She might show up in the backyard to use laundry and clean up the other unit. She is super friendly; you can say Hi!
*The laundry machines and some parts of the backyard are shared.
