This studio had a roomie bathroom and felt spacious with a little fenced in yard where my dog and cat could stretch their legs a bit. The place is on the border between Monrovia and Duarte and I spend a lot of time in the really charming Monrovia Old Town or hiking up on beautiful trails only a 10-minute drive away. The host was readily available and I felt well taken care of over a month long stay. Another thing I liked about this place is that all of the stores I need for my daily life were very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

This is a small unit attached to a larger one. The folks in the larger unit were very loud, and the wall is paper thin. I got very little sleep.
