Garage Studio with Beautiful Backyard

Have a nice retreat here close to the mountains yet not far from downtown LA!

You will have private parking and a separate entrance into the studio from the backyard via the side gate.

We are a quiet family of 3 and you will have full access to the backyard during your stay.

Pet owners: we are only accepting 1 small-medium pet with our guests, thank you!

3) For the shower, Cold is on the left and Hot is on the right side 4) Please see rules regarding pool and patio usage next to the fire extinguisher
When leaving the studio for 1hr+, please turn off the heater. You can keep the A/C on and set it to ~82 on hot days Please no pets on beds Enjoy!
