Garage Studio with Beautiful Backyard

Have a nice retreat here close to the mountains yet not far from downtown LA!

There is private parking and a separate entrance into the place via the side gate into the backyard.

We are a quiet family of 3 and you will have full access to the backyard during your stay.

Please take off your shoes and place somewhere neatly and use the slippers.
If the trash can gets full during your stay, please tie up and throw away in the trash structure with the wave siding panels.
Finally, we request that the fire pit and the firewood in the backyard be used only after receiving approval from the host, thank you!
