Have a nice retreat here close to the mountains yet not far from downtown LA!

There is private parking and a separate entrance into the place via the side gate into the backyard.

We are a quiet family of 3 and you will have full access to the backyard during your stay.

Pet owners: we are only accepting 1 small pet with our guests, thank you!

I had a wonderful stay. The studio is spacious and clean. The host John is very responsive and friendly. Be sure to try their breakfast quesadillas. Hope to stay here again.

We love out stay! The host met us on our first day and helped anwser all our questions. The room was clean and organized with lots of helpful notes throughout. They had a lovely garden with lots of native plants and visits from butterflies. The pool was refreshing and they had a patio area where we enjoyed our lunch. The host was host was very kind and their quesadillas were yummy! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This converted garage gave me plenty of room and a great private outdoor space to sit. It was clean and the host was quick to respond and friendly (although I never saw him in person). I had a car full of stuff, so secure, private parking was a big want for me – this property provided that. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood that's still freeway-close. A couple of nitpicks: I wish there was a desk for working, and the gate / lock / entry seemed overly complicated.

Property was beautiful, the grounds are kept groomed and designed in a kind of American / Oriental infusion. The room is plain and basic. Cooking is not one of the feathers here. A small small refrige, two burner stove top, separate sink, and no dining table. But BBQ and outside sink, make entertaining around the pool and gazebo pledgeable. Tight parking, three,four car max, keep the party intament. John Is there to help, over the web, over the phone and in person he is one to call.Great locations any and all your needs are close, restaurants, shoppings, gas stations.
