Garage Studio with Beautiful Backyard

Have a nice retreat here close to the mountains yet not far from downtown LA!

There is private parking and a separate entrance into the place via the side gate into the backyard.

We are a quiet family of 3 and you will have full access to the backyard during your stay.

Pet owners: we are only accepting 1 small pet with our guests, thank you!

1) Please take off your shoes outside and wear slippers (optional) inside. 2) When using toaster oven, please use aluminum foil.
3) Trash structure can be seen outside the window with the wave sidings. 4) 4 hangers are provided above the main light switches for your clothes.
Pet Owners: 1) Please do not let your pet onto the beds at any time. 2) Please be mindful of where your pet is when opening the door or side gate.

This converted garage gave me plenty of room and a great private outdoor space to sit. It was clean and the host was quick to respond and friendly (although I never saw him in person). I had a car full of stuff, so secure, private parking was a big want for me – this property provided that. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood that's still freeway-close. A couple of nitpicks: I wish there was a desk for working, and the gate / lock / entry seemed overly complicated.
