3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) This home looks beautiful, but choose carefully.

We loved the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the kitchen. The rest of the house was bait and switch. No pool heat, no hot tub heat, no gas grill propane, no fire pit propane for over 3 days. Our stay was 7 days. So that was fun. Property management literally blew me off with lots of "let me check" types of responses to my numerous texts, emails and phone calls. We fulfilled our contractual obligations and they did not.

Beautiful house!

The house is great just like the pictures! It has basically 3 master bedrooms with king size beds which is hard to find plus the room with 4 more beds. And each bedroom has its own bathroom. However every time we contacted the property manager they took a long time getting back to us. :( Also we stayed in July during a heat wave so while the AC was not keeping the house cold enough it would have helped if the house had fans or ceiling fans but there were none. There were more beach supplies than stated so it was great! They had 8 lawn chairs. 4 umbrellas, beach toys, beach balls and beach blankets. And we left more Bach toys and balls. There was a nice expresso maker like they told us but it was missing parts so we couldn’t use it. But they also have an Nespresso and a regular coffee maker. Very little supplies. Maybe it’s typical for Florida but nowhere else we have stayed. We were required to get additional paper towels napkins toilet paper there were no tissues. We had to get more pods for the washer and dishwasher. Dish soap and shampoos and body wash. Kitchen was great lots of plates, glasses and silverware. No welcoming fruit cookies or wine like in some rentals. Overall. We loved the house and wished the property manager would have been a lot better.

Great Family Vacation house

We loved having an on suite bathroom in each room. We had four families and each one had a private space. The house was beautiful and clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our time at the pool. Even though the house is by the road it felt private behind a fence and huge tall palm trees. Kitchen had everything we needed, island was very big. Many spaces to lay down and relax. We really had a great time!

Amazing Location, the house is even better!

The house is very spacious, has everything you could possibly need, and was very clean and luxurious. Amazing backyard and pool that the kids loved. It’s 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from a walking area with restaurants. Perfect for a family or group like we were, will definitely book again!

Nowadays you never know what sort of situation you are walking to. But this property is exactly as described and even exceeds expectations. Great location and great amenities. Property Managers were accommodating and responsive. No complaints.
