Your Winter Getaway! Walking and biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Pavilion Plaza, and Mercato. This beautiful 2015 built rental boasts 3 bedroom plus den, 3 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. The upgrades include tile floors throughout, tray ceilings in the great room & kitchen, gorgeous custom cabinets, screened in lanai with heated pool and sittings area, double vanity in master bathroom, oversized island, and outdoor television. The home has been freshly decorated and painted. We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and 2 bicycles. Some artwork has being switched out since the photos were taken, & the Peloton has being removed.

Naples Park Gem

Beautiful and spacious home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time in the pool and on the patio. Michael was an amazing host! Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the pool! Any issues were taken care of immediately and the property management was very receptive to anything we needed.

Three weeks to escape Chicago winters!

Booked a three week rental to escape the Chicago winters and gather our 5 children and a few significant others together. The house was perfect - indoor, outdoor living room, neighborhood in North Naples with easy access to the beach, shopping, downtown and both Ft Myers airport and Naples Exec. Lots of beach chairs and open floor plan for family meals, games and fun.

Six ladies stayed .. the house was in an excellent location also very clean and the welcome basket held more than expected … would certainly recommend and would stay there again …restaurants in that area are also upscale ..
