We loved our stay at vila cascata! Walk to beach was a huge plus, and the outdoor oasis was amazing! Michele was very prompt with any small issues we had. I especially loved the little “shop” she had set up in the house! The house was well stocked with everything we needed; detergent, sunscreen, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. would definitely recommend!!

Our family of 6 absolutely loved or week long stay for Spring Break (from snowy Mn) at Villa Coscata! It was an absolute dream swimming in the warm, beautiful pool (our 3 tweens were in the pool morning afternoon and night)! We loved the landscaping as it truly felt like we were in an oasis to ourselves! We walked to the beach, enjoyed coffee on the front veranda, and just loved every part of the home. Michelle was so responsive to my questions and offered great recommendations for food and exploring the area. I cannot recommend this home enough:)

Fantastic Property

One of the best vacation properties we've rented. Everything about the property works, from the beautiful backyard pool with water falls to the well-stocked home with everything needed for a vacation stay. For beachgoers, everything you need is provided including a beach towels and wagon to take everything to the beach as well as child beach chairs. We enjoyed the .75 mi walk to the beach and for anyone not able to walk that far, Vanderbilt beach has a nice drop off spot. We highly recommend staying at Villa Cascata!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It had all the comforts of home while still feeling like our own private tropical paradise. The owners were incredibly communicative, welcoming, and helpful, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and so relaxing. We cooked every day, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — it truly felt like staying at a friend’s thoughtfully prepared beach home. The location couldn’t be better: a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Michele was the most welcoming and wonderful host. We were a three-generation family group and were so comfortable. The boys loved romping in the pool, complete with lots of toys and floats, including lacrosse pool sticks! The pool had a waterfall that was so soothing and beautiful. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, so we made a few home-cooked dinners. The house has a beautiful aesthetic, is well-appointed, with caring attention to detail that made us feel at home and relaxed. The photos are accurate. The location is very close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, a lovely state beach with beautiful sunsets. Michele was an A host who made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of nearby markets and restaurants. I could go on and on....No brainer to stay here!

AMAZING property! The house is beautiful inside and outside. It felt like we were in a private oasis! We spent the days in the pool and then walked to the beach in the afternoons for sunset. Only a 15 walk or you could park in the garage for 10. The house comes with everything you could possibly need. The owners thought of everything! House stays cool during the hot summer days and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend, will definitely return!
