Please put all the trash in the outside containers , dirty laundry in the bathroom ( linens and towels ). Please put the beach towels and dark towels (if you had dark towels ) in the washer, start it
Run the dirty dishes in dishwasher. If you used the grill, please burn it off and brush the grates. If you move any furniture around , please put it back ,make sure turn grill of and gas tank off !

Why they chose this property
We just purchased this property and have finished a complete renovation. We chose this home for the open layout, high ceilings and super location. Its an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and the Mercato and other shopping is right up the street. We added a veranda and heated pool/spa to make this a perfect spot.
What makes this property unique
The location is great. On a quiet street in a great residential neighborhood, we can walk to the beach in one direction and go shopping and find entertainment in the other. Either way, it sure beats the weather at home!
