However, the best part about our home is the location! All of our favorite bars, restaurants, and music venues are right outside our door and we are really excited to have you enjoy this tiny pocket of Phoenix that has some true artistic culture and charm. Newlyweds! Michigan and Mexico natives, we have fallen in love with DTPHX and all the nearby adventures we get to have together. Lucky for you we are basketball fans, so we'd love for you to enjoy our home in a lively neighborhood for all your superbowl pre-game festivities.
Why they chose this property
Before owning this home we lived in apartments nearby, and we knew on our third date stumbling home from a Lucha Libre show that we needed to live on Roosevelt. With all the culture, murals, festivals, sports, and up-and-coming night life, we wanted to be able to walk to the best destinations in DTPHX, but be close enough to a freeway we could disappear into the wilderness on the weekends. This was our first and only home we looked at before we put in an offer.
What makes this property unique
You can see an award-winning Phoenix Brewery right from our window, multiple small and local business around the corner, and we're one block from the weekly Farmer's Market on Saturday morning.
And! On the first Friday of every month Roosevelt hosts an Arts Festival in the evening and a small-business market the next morning which is great for a date night, pub crawl, or local shopping.
