This property directly adjoins South Mountain Park and Preserve and is about 100 feet from one of the major trailheads. It was completely renovated inside and out in 2019.
At 16,283 acres, South Mountain is the largest municipal park in the US and one of the largest urban parks in the world. It has 58 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Check out Dobbins Point for a panoramic view of Phoenix. It also contains Scorpion Gulch and Mystery Castle.
Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near excellent restaurants and shopping.

The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second floor and have a king, queen, and full bed. The master bedroom has a large glass sliding door that faces north to the preserve and opens onto a balcony with seating for 2.
There is a large, private patio area for outdoor sitting and dining that is equipped with a BBQ grill, large screen TV, and cafe lights overhead. A great place for grilling, hanging out, and watching the game.
The pool was renovated at the same time as the house and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The hot tub is available and continuously heated at no additional charge during the spring, fall, and winter months.
