This property was completely renovated inside and out in 2019 and directly borders South Mountain Park and Preserve. It is about 100 feet from one of the major trailheads. There is an abundance of natural vegetation just outside of the back wall that provides privacy for anyone in the back yard.
At 16,283 acres, South Mountain is the largest municipal park in the US and one of the largest urban parks in the world. It has 58 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Or you can take a drive up to Dobbins Point for a wonderful panoramic view of Phoenix.
Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near excellent restaurants and shopping.
It's 15 minutes from the airport, convention center, and downtown Phoenix.
There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes - the Arizona Grand Resort, Ahwatukee Country Club, and Raven Golf Club.
The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second floor and they each have a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a large glass sliding door that faces north to the preserve and opens onto a balcony with seating for 2.
The backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub, and a large private patio area for outdoor sitting and dining that is equipped with tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, large screen TV, and cafe lights overhead. A great place for grilling and hanging out.
The pool was renovated at the same time as the house and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The hot tub is available and continuously heated during the spring, fall, and winter months at no additional charge.
