The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious private home.

We are on an evolving block in a community that is re emerging and recently designated as one of the only Black Arts and Entertainment Districts in Maryland. Many have left vacant homes along our block, but they are returning as you will see from the ongoing and ready for rehab spaces.
The home has good natural light and blackout curtains for those who want less light and a full size bed. The central location, easy street parking, easy access to the bus, and six blocks from two subway stops (yes, Baltimore has an underground Subway). It is also steps from many sites along The Pennsylvania Avenue Heritage Trail. Its convenience to many desirable downtown business and leisure points of interest make it ideal for sports fans, tourist, those in town for a performance, professionals on business trips, convention participants, or those visiting the University of Maryland, University of Baltimore, or Johns Hopkins University, MICA ....and even those who want to visit DC for less.
