What a great stay for our group of 5. We played a killer rock n roll show at Mockingbird Theater and were able to come back and relax in the hot tub and see the Tennessee stars. Loved it! Thank you.

Excellent property and was perfect for our family of four (kids 5 and 3). Close to everything. A really modernized home on the inside with comfortable beds and a gorgeous master suite. It was not the right time of year for us to take full advantage of the beautiful backyard area, but we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient location in the Nashville/Franklin area.

Visit Brownland Farm

The house was perfect for us. Close to Brownland farm, grocery stores and the picturesque town of Franklin with its cute boutiques and restaurants. It was brutally hot while we were visiting but the home was always cool and comfortable. Will definitely stay at the house again when we visit Franklin Also, neighborhood was very nice.

Super clean and comfortable stay, central location just a smidge off the beaten path. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the hot tub fired up and ready to go for us. It an easy, straight shot to downtown Franklin.
