Newly built super premium property with beach views from two decks on prime St. Charles Street beach block. Elegantly decorated home with all the touches to make your stay comfortable: TVs in all bedrooms, sound system, great cedar wood outdoor showers, Haenkel knives, Circulon pots and pans, rocking chairs on the back deck and 5 beach chairs and an umbrella. Linen and towel service provided (June, July and August). The second house from the beach gives you beach front benefits with privacy from curious "boardwalkers" and only steps from Brown s famous donuts. Within walking distance to boardwalk with amusement rides, arcades, movie theater, miniature golf, restaurants and shops. Visit the Bay Front with water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals. Asbury Avenue shopping is a must!

Poor Condition

The property description was highly inaccurate. The unit is far from premium or brand new. The furniture inside and out was highly worn and not comfortable. The outside cushions were gross and the wood furniture broke when we went to sit on it. There were next to no amenities we are accustomed to in a rental. We had to go buy a pot and pan because those in the house were in such poor condition (damaged Teflon).the agent was made aware on day 1 and was useless (“ I hope is doesn’t effect your stay” ). The proximity to the beach is good but for the price we paid we expected much higher quality. The condition of this unit renders its market value much lower .
