The view is amazing! You can sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean and hear the waves. It's truly beachfront living. Comfortable furniture and the walk to the beach and the pool is merely a few steps.

Pelican’s Perch Never Disappoints

We had another amazing stay at Pelican’s Perch in Hilton Head SC.The location is great, the beaches are beautiful and we look forward to our next trip here again.

Beautiful view from condo in a excellent location

This was our 3rd stay at your place. From the moment you walk into the condo to the time we left we enjoyed the atmosphere the view and everything else Hilton Head has to offer.

Girls Beach Getaway

We were three ladies looking for a relaxing Beach getaway. The location of this unit was perfect. We could walk, or bike to the beach restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay here!

winter break

We very much enjoyed staying on Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed reading and having a glass of wine on the deck every night.....very relaxingThe only issue we had was the gate code was changed and we were not notified. Fortunately someone was coming through the gate at the same time and she opened it for us and gave us the new code.

Pelican Perch

We had a wonderful visit! We have stayed in many units at Shorewood over the years and this might be our favorite yet. The elevator was out during out stay which added some steps to our comings and goings - but the property manager reached out to us ahead of time and warned us (making sure we didn't have any mobility issues). The communication was excellent; the email entry information worked flawlessly and the parking passes were waiting for us on the counter. We would definitely stay there again.

Worth it for the view

This property is in a great location. The view from the outdoor seating area and from the living room was incredible. Everything was exactly as you see it in the photos. I would stay here again anytime. MJ was quick to respond to questions and getting in and out of the condo was easy. Overall Five stars!

Peaceful Place

MJ was very thorough and responsive to questions. Condo has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and the most beautiful balcony area and picture window. I took my elderly parents and they loved sitting on the balcony and seeing/hearing the waves. We had a wonderful getaway and would definitely stay here again.

Shorewas a good time

My wife and kids, 9 and 6, enjoyed a week long stay at Shorewood. It was a great experience. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and the shower was absolutely amazing (planning our own bath remodel now). The sand was easy to walk nicely packed for my wife (had knee meniscus and acl repair 2 months prior). Seeing dolphins follow the shrimp boats was a pleasant surprise. We definitely have it on our list of places to return. Thank you :)

Loved everything about Shorewood

We stayed here for spring break and loved every minute. We loved Shorewood. The pool and hot tub area are wonderful. It’s really essential to have a heated pool this time of year. My kids swam every single day. The view from the condo was just stunning. The inside was beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It had everything we needed. They even included some laundry pods and dishwasher pods. I appreciated that as it hasn’t been the case at other rentals.I would recommend 100%. The balcony was our favorite spot. It’s thoughtfully filled with comfy furniture so you can relax and enjoy the view and look for dolphins. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

So relaxing!

The condo is just like the pictures. Absolutely beautiful and so conveniently located. Being able to go from the beach to the pool and back and forth was a huge plus. It was safe to leave some items down at the beach and take a break. The pool was great-good size and never a problem finding chairs in the sun or a shady spot if you wanted. The check in process was seemless. We rented bikes for the week but rarely used them as coligny was a very short walk for confee, breakfast, lunch or groceries and tons of shopping. It was a great week and we can’t wait to come back! MJ was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had along the way after booking. Great place to stay!

Beautiful view, comfortable place

Our family of four with two older kids stayed at MJ’s place for a week. We had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and all of the furnishings and supplies made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home rather than renting a condo. The east access to the beach and the beautiful pool also made the trip. The pool is super well kept and one of the best pools we’ve ever had on a vacation. Plenty of room and tables with umbrellas and different depths. Loved how easy it was to just walk down the walkway to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and other supplies are in the condo which is nice. We walked to coligny a couple of times which was great to not have to drive. Would recommend!
