Family Getaway - Boardwalk to Beach - 3 Pools - Pickleball - Central Location !

Updated beach condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking, free WIFI, and just a short walk to the beach! The condo is located mid-island close to all the wonderful bike trails, restaurants, shopping, and famous golf courses!

The resort is a gated community full of amenities! Featuring 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, beachfront bar & grill, poolside deli, sand volleyball court, small fitness center, & private boardwalk to the beach!

Our condo is a 10 minute walk to the beach using the resort's private boardwalk that crosses the scenic saltwater marsh. Enjoy the abundant wildlife along the way or climb aboard the complimentary shuttle service at the boardwalk. There are elevators in each building as well as shared laundry facilities.

The condo is located inside the building with the indoor pool and was recently renovated with a new kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). We have a pack'n play, highchair, and kids books for our little guests as well!

We provide private wireless internet access. There are 3 total TVs: 50" smart TV in the living room and one TV in each bedroom. We have boogie boards, a cooler, tennis rackets, and a beach wagon for your use during your stay with us.

Smoking is prohibited in most areas of resort and inside the condo.

Please note the outdoor pools, deli, and beach bar are closed in the off season - typically mid-November through Mid March (weather pending).

The 3rd party cleaning company provides one set of fresh sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for each stay. A starter kit of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, soap, and dishwashing soap is also provided. Stays of longer duration will require additional supplies.

A $250 security deposit is required prior to check-in.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo is clean, neat, and had everything in it that we needed for our stay. All the pool and tennis court options were perfect and easily accessible. The beach is close by and very accessible as well with the shuttle that runs at regular intervals. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were wonderful tools to have available in the locker. Would highly recommend this VRBO. Steve and Jenna were great hosts.

Good location, easy access to beach and nice pools

We had a great stay! When we first arrived, it’s a little confusing figuring out how to get into the buildings to get to the elevators. But other than that the condo is very nice, clean and had everything we could need on our vacation. The grounds were clean and the pools were well cared for. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but the shuttle over the boardwalk was very helpful.

Wonderful unit close to everything

This unit was great for our family. The owner was super responsive whenever we had questions. The unit was spacious and updated and the indoor pool is killer if you are going with kids. Beach access was a nice walk and easily accessible. I would recommend the unit and owners hands down!
