Lamentamos mucho que esta experiencia te haya hecho sentir que no tuviste suerte en tus vacaciones con nosotros en Huatulco. Queremos mencionarte que todavía hay zonas en este hermoso paraíso donde la señal de celular es limitada, esto se debe a que estas áreas están rodeadas de montañas y naturaleza, lo que dificulta que las compañías instalen antenas suficientes. La ventaja es que esto permite que lugares tan únicos como La Bocana conserven su belleza natural y tranquilidad. Respecto al tema de la estufa, nos intriga tu comentario, ya que no hemos recibido quejas previas sobre su funcionamiento. Al ser una estufa de inducción, puede ser un poco diferente a lo que muchos de nosotros estamos acostumbrados. Después de tu check-out, nuestro equipo verificó el mantenimiento de la unidad y nos alegra informarte que no se encontró ninguna falla en la estufa ni en otros aparatos electrónicos de la propiedad. En la mayoría de nuestras propiedades ya contamos con sistemas de acceso mediante código, debido a que muchos de nuestros huéspedes frecuentes prefieren este método a las llaves tradicionales. Esto evita preocupaciones como cargar llaves, olvidarlas dentro o perderlas. Aun así, entendemos que la tecnología puede fallar ocasionalmente, y lamentamos que hayas tenido dificultades al llegar. Nuestro equipo trabajó para solucionarlo eficazmente otorgando un nuevo código, que funcionó correctamente.
