Located a short walk from the community Lagoon, snack shack, and other fun resort amenities, Shoreline is the perfect getaway! Treat yourself to a desert beach day with kayaks and paddleboards. The home’s private balcony features a hot tub and fire table with seating, perfect for relaxing evenings overlooking the surrounding area. Leisurely explore the community with the provided golf cart, or enjoy a day inside catching up on your favorite shows! Shoreline is the easy choice for any Southern Utah getaway and will keep you coming back for more.

**Please note that the golf cart is not reflected in the price of booking, and no compensation will be offered if it becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues. Guests will be held liable for any damage done to the golf cart.**

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
