It was clear the property had been cleaned before we arrived, because there were vacuum tracks in the carpet! There was a blanket provided for snuggling on the couch, and everything was very comfy. The size of the bed could be larger (was only a full) some of the paint could be touched up, and there could have been exterior lights on the garage part of the property for when we let our dogs out at night, but my husband and I were very, very happy with our stay!

Excellent stay

Our second time staying at Mikes place. Great location - about 10-15 min from highway. Plenty of space for our trailer. Large space to accommodate, my husband, infant and lab. Mike is very responsive and easy to correspond with. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in the area!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond and very friendly to any messages we sent and regarding checking in on us. My daughters and I had a great stay where we could relax together and share a home cooked meal. We were even able to bring our family dog to join us - which made my college kiddo SO happy. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Alfred! Thank you, Mike!

Very nice option for the Alfred/Hornell area! Well equipped apartment with garage access and full kitchen. Mike was very helpful and could be reached easily via text when needed. Central to Alfred, Alfred Station. Andover, Wellsville, Hornell easily reached. Would definitely recommend.

Very conveniently located to the colleges in Alfred, this place provided everything I needed for my stay, including full kitchen and laundry facilities. Extremely responsive host. I will likely stay here again the next time I visit the Alfred area.
