About this property

Beautiful corner townhome at Attitash Mountain that sits slopeside with ski-in-ski-out privileges. You can start skiing/snowboarding just outside the front door!
Our beloved mountain home is situated in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with a short drive to everything North Conway area has to offer, known as a four-season vacation wonderland. Story Land and Diana's Baths 8 min, Echo Lake State Park 12 min, and Scenic Conway Railroad and Kahuna Laguna Water Park only15 min away. Visit nearby North Conway, a quaint New England town with arts, entertainment, restaurants, breweries and distilleries! Ski or snowboard in the winter... hike, zipline, river tube, and horseback ride during the summer... and take in the breathtaking foliage in the fall. This is an area of natural wonders! Our townhome development has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and tennis courts.

This lovely three-floor, end unit is light filled with floor to ceiling windows that face the slopes, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Finnish sauna to enjoy after a long day of skiing.
As you walk in through the front door, a spacious living room with high ceilings, an open kitchen and dining area greet you. A mid-century (metal) spiral staircase takes you to the lower floor that has two ample size bedrooms and a full bathroom. Sauna is also located here. The same staircase takes you to the top level which has a loft overlooking the living room. There is a bunk bed in this loft, and another separate bedroom with a queen trundle bed. Spacious back deck with a gas grill has an amazing view of the woods and the slopes of Attitash Mountain.

This property can accommodate 8 overnight guests. We provide clean linens and towels, and basic soap/shampoo. Fast wi-fi is provided free-of-charge. You can also make use of our washer & dryer located on the lower floor.

Parking notes: Two vehicles may park in front of the property, at an angle. One more vehicle may park in one of the guest parking spots. No more than 3 vehicles at any time. This is a small, tight-knit community. There are strict rules regarding parking and we expect our guests to respect our neighbors and their privacy.

Listing does not do it justice!

Just spectacular! First of all, there isn't a better location on the mountain, less than 10 steps from the front door to the slopes. Home was cozy and well appointed, with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend at Attitash. Host was incredible, great pre-visit check-ins and kind, non-intrusive check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed during our visit. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Awesome slope side experience

The location of this condo is amazing. Literally steps from the slope. Bright and clean condo with plenty of eating space and sleeping options. Lovely gas fireplace. Owners are very helpful and attentive. More than a foot of snow fell during our week-long stay which made the uphill travel a challenge for some. Four wheel drive was very helpful. Overall a fabulous vacation.

Teen paradise! Parent paradise!

The location could not have been better. The mountain was maybe 15 feet from the back door. The kids would just strap on their snowboards and fly down the mountain (ages 15, 13, 11). Every once in a while they would show up hungry and we'd dump a bag of chips in a bowl and then send them off again. I am not a skier so I sat on the couch in front of the fire all day long reading books and drinking wine. It's a corner unit so I could watch all the skiers out the window. I liked the condo also. We had family over for dinner (11 people total) and the house didn't feel cramped. I liked that the bedrooms were on different floors. My son slept upstairs so he could get some alone time away from his sisters. This is absolutely not the place for young kids though. There is a spiral staircase, a sunken living room, and a big brick fireplace - all things that would have terrified me when my kids were babies. I don't think there would be any way to rig up baby gates or anything to keep toddlers safe. The spiral staircase was a little tricky to navigate for all of us, so it should be a consideration for the elderly as well. Ilker was a great host - he responded to our questions quickly and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. We will be back!
