This gated home has a tree lined driveway and is bordered by the Elkhorn Creek. It is surrounded by several horse farms. It is located close to Lexington in the heart of bourbon and horse country and is within 30 minutes of several area attractions (e.g., Keeneland, Red Mile Racetrack and Casino, Woodford Reserve Distillery, Buffalo Trace Distillery, the Kentucky Horse Park, Calumet Farm, and Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement facility). The Kentucky historic towns of Midway, Frankfort, and Georgetown are only 15 minutes from the home. There are 2 beautiful public golf courses within 5 minutes from the home. The Elkhorn creek (for kayaking and fishing) runs along the back of the property with public access points nearby. The Toyota Manufacturing Plant is a 15 minute drive from the home and offers free tours via their Experience Center.

The house is furnished with premium bedding throughout. The King bed has an adjustable base. The Living Room has a 65 inch LG tv with a Sonos Arc soundbar and subwoofer for enjoying movies and sports via streaming or Dish Network. Very fast Spectrum fiber internet for your streaming needs. There is a wet bar and wine/beer fridge.

There are several outdoor seating areas available for your enjoyment. The front porch has a Polywood glider for enjoying a glass of bourbon while watching beautiful sunsets. The backyard has a brick patio with large lighted umbrella and comfortable patio furniture. There is a Weber charcoal grill available for your use. There is also a river rock patio with a Solo Stove firepit and 6 Polywood adirondack chairs to enjoy looking out over the farms.

Several wonderful restaurants are nearby, including but not limited to, The Holly HIll Inn (Midway), Heirloom (MIdway), Wilshire's (Georgetown), Jeff Ruby's (Lexington), Omakase (Lexington), Midway Bakery, and Wallace Station Deli (MIdway).
