The Kentucky historic towns of Midway, Frankfort, and Georgetown are only 15 minutes from the home. There are 2 beautiful public golf courses within 5 minutes from the home. The Elkhorn creek (for kayaking and fishing) runs along the back of the property with public access points nearby. The Toyota Manufacturing Plant is a 15 minute drive from the home and offers free tours via their Experience Center.

The house is furnished with premium bedding throughout. The King bed has an adjustable base. The Living Room has a 65 inch LG tv with a Sonos Arc soundbar and subwoofer for enjoying movies and sports via streaming or Dish Network. Very fast Spectrum fiber internet for your streaming needs.
