Enjoy exclusive access to incredible amenities including a heated in-ground pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, fire pit, playset, hammock, and yard games surrounded by a fenced backyard. Located on Lexington's west side, just 3 miles from Keeneland Race Course & Bluegrass Airport, and a short 4.9-miles to downtown. Pool opens sometime in April and closes sometime in October (Ask host for exact dates).

Dogs welcome with prior written agreement from host and an additional pet fee per pet.

This was the perfect home base for our family during a week of horse shows. Kitchen was well stocked and the backyard, including the pool and fenced in yard, were perfect for our dog and kids. The owner was incredibly responsive and check-in and check-out were very simple. We would book again without question!

This property is simply amazing. My family of 5 were in town for a family wedding and we had the most lovely time! The pool was a highlight as it was super clean, had lots of pool toys and of course the slide was awesome! The interior was spotless and meticulously appointed. We had everything we could possibly need and the host was very friendly and responsive. We loved it!

Excellent property and host!

This property is immaculately kept and has all the bells and whistles one could want. From the full house surround sound system (in and outside), to the conveniently placed phone chargers throughout the house, to complimentary coffee, every small detail is very well thought out. Wayne is an excellent host; very thoughtful and keeps in close contact as needed. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean…perfect for day or night swims. The bathrooms were well stocked. Quick 15 minute drive or Uber to downtown Lexington. We stayed with a group of 6 adults for the bourbon trail and were super happy with our stay. We will certainly return and look to stay here again. 110% recommend it!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was updated and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (as well as the old school Pac-Man arcade game!) Wayne was a wonderful host and was readily available to answer questions. Would recommend this property without reservations.
