Clean, nicely decorated condo in a central location within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and bars. Close drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Charlevoix. Loved it and highly recommend!

Quick get away.

Property was clean and beautiful. Close to downtown a lot of greet shops and restaurants..there is a lot of traffic and a little noisy. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a nice touch.

Great view and centrally located!

Property was spacious, clean, inviting, and well appointed! We had a small hiccup with the streaming capability on the tv (as my tweens were looking forward to watching some spooky movies, but Jake was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! The property is a great central location with the added luxury of onsite parking! Close to downtown but with a private, secluded feel. We’ll 100% stay at this property again!

Perfect location to walk everywhere; beautiful and clean

Something the listing didn’t say but was a nice surprise is the unit had 3 balconies! Each equipped with tables and chairs. The unit was very spacious and nicely appointed. And so clean! Parking was easy and convenient. The only complaint is the super busy and LOUD 4 lane road in front between the lake and the condos. Traffic did settle down after 10pm. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice

The condo was exceptionally clean and very spacious.Loved the three balconies off the living room,kitchen and master bath.It is on a main road with quite a bit of traffic.Although you can see Grand Traverse Bay, it is partially obscured by trees.It was early Spring so no leaves on the tree but I would imagine summer you wouldn’t have much of a view.

Traverse City weekend

The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I am not sure how old the building is, but it is very newly built. The three balconies facing the water were so nice. We would definitely stay again. Suggestions for the property manager: more towels would be nice and the ad is misleading in that it advertises that it sleeps 6 - I indicated we had 5 people and were charged a guest fee of $90 for having more than 4 people. I questioned this and asked for a credit in this regard but nothing came of it.

Fall in Traverse City

A fantastic weekend. The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults. The location was great, being right in the heart of Traverse City, close to dining and shopping plus the view of the bay was wonderful. There were 3 outdoor decks!! We enjoyed the fire pit as well. I really like the separation between the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. The kitchen area was large with a table completely set for 6. We didn't do any cooking but enjoyed being able to store some snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. I could easily see staying at this location for a week or more and truly enjoying all the conveniences of the property. Communication with the management team was flawless. Check in and out could not have been easier. Would 100% recommend using True North.

Beautiful space & walkable to downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay, our place was luxurious and beautiful. It was clean and provided a lot of comfort. The amenities were great, from the check-in screen with information on our stay, keyless entry, balconies, lots of space, comfy bedding to the toiletries provided. Our room got changed from what I booked, without notice, but the new space did not disappoint and we still enjoyed our views of the Bay! The only thing I would note for future renters is that the door into our space was VERY heavy (even my husband had to put his weight into the door). I would be concerned someone much older would struggle to open and get into their room. Other than that, we enjoyed being able to view the bay and walk downtown with ease! Beautiful space and will be recommending to friends/family going forward. We'll be back!
