Its amazingly and refreshingly transformed in to a cute 3 bedroom property keeping its midcentury look but with all the amenities of newer smart home. From smart door looks, cameras, thermostats, CO/Smoke detectors, smart garage doors to Roku TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and HBO. Beautiful backyard patio with lovely view of the landscaped backyard. The backyard has a sweat collection of birdhouse for the guests to enjoy. We also have a "backup generator" is case of electricity failures.
