This peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the ideal place to recharge. With 2 comfy living rooms, TVs in every bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a pergola, chiminea, and string lights-perfect for winding down. There’s a 2-car garage and plenty of driveway parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Just 3 miles from the Expo Center, 10 minutes to downtown, and less than a mile to shops and dining in either direction and Lafortune Park!
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, dresser and closet storage, en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, closet space
Bedroom 3: Day bed with pull out trundle (2 singles, bottom bed pulls out), tv, workspace, Pack N Play in closet.
Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom with bathtub and shower
Livingroom: Beautiful seating area with workspace that looks out into the fully-fenced backyard.
Livingroom 2: Seating area, TV, leads to the back porch
*You may use the couches as an additional sleeping arrangement, but please note they are more suited for children as they are fairly small.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped, ice maker, coffee bar
Laundryroom: Full size washer and dryer and detergent.
Garage: Large enough for 2 cars, must be opened from the inside (We can not provide a garage code)

Please start a load of towels in the washing machine on your way out on hot with soap.

Please gather all your belongings, we do not hold onto anything left behind due to space and sanitary purposes
