Spacious condo located directly on the gulf with easy access to the beach, pool and spa from your patio door. Recently remodeled kitchen in January 2015 includes upgraded cabinets, lighting, granite countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances. Condo includes washer and dryer and many other amenities, including high speed wireless internet and flat screen TV’s in all the rooms. Gas grills conveniently located on the pool deck for your use.

Nearby amenities include grocery and drug stores, gas stations, car washes, shopping malls, two international airports (Tampa International ‘TPA’ and Clearwater International Airport ‘PIE’), the huge covered Wagon Wheel Flea Market, miniature golf courses and local arts and crafts fairs. There are approximately 40 golf courses within a 40 mile radius. Popular John’s Pass provides restaurants, bars, dolphin watching, boat rentals and unique shops. Some nearby great restaurants include the Pub waterside restaurant, E & E Stakeout Restaurant, Marlin Darlin, Friendly Tavern (karaoke), Wine Cellar, Sloppy Joe’s and the Green Iguana.

This two bedroom/two bathroom is spacious with an open floor plan conveniently located. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and undergo regular updating. The condo is centrally located to many restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores, drug stores, boat rentals, bike rentals, fishing charters, unique shops, movie theaters, miniature golf, as well as two international airports (Tampa International ‘TPA’ and Clearwater International Airport ‘PIE’).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner of unit 1112 has made very good renovations. Master room and bed us ver good now. The Condos need more tables near pool with umbrellas. Especially on south side pool.

Great Condo!

Love, love, love this condo! This is our second time staying at this particular condo (have stayed at this property Beach Cottages for several years). To our surprise the condo has been updated since our last visit in 2021. Love the location on the first floor and the parking space that comes with the unit. Condo was very clean and equipped with all the things we needed during our stay (packNplay, sand toys, chairs, coolers, etc.) My only recommendations for the condo are Keurig, queen size beds in second bedroom (hard for two adults to fit in a double sized bed) and new interior doors. While the interior doors are aesthetically pleasing, they are awful when someone else in the condo is up using lights. The light shines through the glass. Although none of these recommendations will keep us from rebooking! If you are looking for a condo at Beach Cottages - you won’t find a better unit!

Best staty at Beach Cottages

Too Expensive

The overall size of pool and lack of covered tables near pool is an issue. The 1 or 2 next to pool are always taken.
