Charming Lake House

Are you looking for a lake front place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hopatcong? My family and I stayed at this cute lake house while visiting family and friends and had a great time. We added the option of a pontoon ride on the owner’s boat which provided an awesome view of the entire lake. We communicated with the hosts before the trip for planning purposes and during our trip with questions about the area and the response time was incredible.

Relaxing and perfect

Beautiful, spacious, sunny, and impecable house with gorgeous views of the lake. We have been taking vacations like this forbyears and I can tell when owners are thoughtful. House was equipped with every single thing you need to have a perfectly relaxing vacation. Every detail was taken care off. Owners were very helpful throughout the stay. We are coming back for sure!

Our family has owned the house for over 8 years and we have so many great memories with family and friends. We spend most of the time down at the dock and bar, and have had many nights sitting around the firepit playing guitars and singing under the stars. Our boys are grown and have limited time to be at the lakehouse but seeing them enjoy it so much we wanted to share the experience with other families and create the memories that we now cherish.

Why they chose this property

This is a charming style home that is very comfortable and welcoming. It is in a very large cove but it doesn't get the main boat traffic that the main lake gets, great for swimming or just laying on a raft in the open water. It is within paddling distance to 2 of the 7 restaurants on the lake and has great sunsets in the evening
