I didn't grow up in that house, I grew up in the old house my parents had. But I built that house for them and I am lucky I got to keep it. And I am lucky to have relatives around that help me keep the family home in the best possible shape. My niece Lissette Fonseca manages the house. She is your host and she will make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Why they chose this property
I build this house in 1988 and totally renovated it in 2022. It is a very special home with an open floor plan, all French style windows and a second floor that feels totally independent; but at the same time all connected by the spectacular kitchen and family room. This house comes fully equipped with high-speed internet, alarm, surveillance cameras and solar lights that illuminates the entire perimeter.
This is a family house, I built it for my parents on the foundation of the original house they had. I inherited the property a couple years back and instead of selling it, I thought it was a good idea to keep it a a family patrimony.
The location is great if you are using it as operation center. You can access Palmares, San Ramon, Puntarenas, San Jose in less than 1 hour. I love the house because it provides the best of both worlds, it has all the conveniences I like and it allows me to visit all the places I like....and I can always come home!

What makes this property unique
This home comes equipped with high speed internet to make sure you are always connected! But is also a very comfortable house, the design is open and friendly, the rooms have wonderful beds and beautiful floors. The bathrooms are new and spotless! The kitchen is fabulous! the cabinets are modern and well designed, the appliances are new and modern...and it comes equipped with pots and pans and everything you may need. The location is very convenient. This is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy it!
