We were in town for the Coldwater Trail races down in Anniston. This was an easy drive, great location. The house was clean, plenty of space - perfect for what we needed for the weekend!

Wonderful well kept home in a central location of Jacksonville. A few minutes drive to everything. Shops, Square, Walmart, Chief Ladiga trail and the University. Super clean and very well stocked. Couldn’t not have had a better stay.

This house was just as the pictures showed. It was very open and accommodated our family very well. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. Gary was very responsive and accommodating to my last minute changes as well as my requests. I would one thousand percent recommend booking with Gary. This house was just what we needed for the race weekend. We are hard to please when it comes to cleanliness, and we were satisfied with this house. We did have a small problem that we contacted the host about. He was very receptive. The location was great, not too far from the track. I would definitely book this house again.

Great location and a lovely home

There were 3 of us and we were very, very happy with all of the space especially in the common areas such as the kitchen and dining area and the living room. There was plenty of room for us to park both cars. Our host was so accommodating! We had a toilet issue and he sent a plumber to fix it within 30 minutes!! Great service. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Jacksonville!

Perfect in every way!!

We stay in houses all over the country that we rent on VRBO. This house is definitely one of the top 2! We booked this spur of the moment for a ATV trip. So I literally booked it and we left to head down. I normally have to bring extra towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, and my own sponges. I didn’t have time to pack any of that. When we arrived everything I needed was here. They had laundry detergent, the washer was spotless (which never happens) and we had enough towels and wash cloths that I didn’t have to wash them after my family took a shower, they had plenty which was even nicer! The house was super clean, Gary was the best host! We will definitely be renting this again! Don’t hesitate to book this house!
